Admire the view of Trapani as you dine on the terrace at Hotel Elimo, set in the heart of the picturesque, mountain village of Erice in northwestern Sicily.
In the heart of the pretty, historic, little village of Erice, this charming hotel enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast from Bonagia to San Vito lo Capo.
Set in a white stone-walled building with 2 quiet courtyards in the center of Erice, Residence San Martinos offers modern apartments and rooms with free WiFi.
Featuring a garden and a terrace, Camere di Ulisse offers rustic-style accommodations in the center of Erice. A bus that stops 164 feet from the property takes you to Trapani center is 30 minutes.
Set on the western coast of Sicily, Erice Mare is only a 2-minute walk from Pizzolungo’s beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony, a children’s playground and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Just 984 feet from Erice Castle, Antico Borgo Erice is set on the main street of this historical town. This characteristic stone building offers rooms and an apartment, each with a balcony.
Very old town with many things to see.
Many restaurants for all kinds of food.
Since Erice is high up in the mountains, there are few level areas. Great for keeping in shape! You cannot get lost. It's a small town. Evenings get cooler, so bring a jacket if you plan to eat on a terrace.

The community has a nice offer for 12 Euro to enter all churches and monuments in the village. It can easily keep you busy and running around for a day in the village. A bus from/to the village from Trapani is 2,90 Euro and takes about 45 min. The Funivia (cable car is 6,50 Euro and takes about 20 min + the local AST 21 or 23 bus to take you there for 1,40 Euro). I saved one cable car ride for the last evening just as an experience enjoying the sunset views and using it as a way to reach the village late. The last bus from Trapani is 17.30 the last cable car around 20.00.

Apartment is located in the center of the old town, which is very nice. What we didn't like is a horrible and continuous noise coming from the water pomp, that we heard in our room. It was impossible to relax with this sound. Moreover we booked an apartment with a kitchen, which we didn't have. The host told us it was put in the add by mistake.

It's a fascinating medieval town where we spent many hours, we also had a lovely lunch at the convent restaurant.
We also went on the cable car with its fantastic view of Trapani below. There was actually nothing to do at the bottom so be went back up to Erice!

Erice is a mountain found in the limits of Trapani.
Erice is a mountain found in the limits of Trapani. You can access it by car or cable car, I would suggest using the cable car as it is more comfortable. The road leading to the top of the mountain is quite long and full of sharp bends. The village on top of Mount Erice is picturesque, every alley has its own character, some of them with sea views and other with country views. There is a public garden that it’s a must to visit with the view of Castello del Balio, Torretta Pepoli and Castello di Venere. The place is wonderful.
Loved the location, so easy to walk to everything and they were so kind and helpful driving us with all our luggage to the hotel after we parked and then back again when we left. I have a hard time walking abd they met our needs with great kindness. Everyone was very kind and generous. I really loved the relaxed feel, the air conditioning worked great, the sun was hot but shade was lovely abd even cool in the evening. The town is so full of history and culture! This b and b took good care of us and I’d love to come back!
Loved the location and the views from our window. Staying in a former convent felt good; nice, comfortable furniture outside the rooms were good for relaxing with friends. Easy to walk into town. We'd definitely stay there again. The beds and pillows were comfortable, too.
The evening fog coming up the mountain was atmospheric and wonderful. Erice is in a world of its own.
Fantastic location, and close to parking. Angela and Leo are lovely hosts and their apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Very close to a cute little restuarant and a great take-away/self service eatery with typical cuisine. Erice is a stunning medieval town, and everything is within walking distance. Thank you for a serene and relaxing stay!
We loved that this hotel is in such an historic building. It felt like we were truly going back in time. The staff were very helpful and told us about where to go and how to get there. We ate in the restaurant and had one of our best Sicily food experiences. The chef and food staff came out to talk to us about recipes and how to make them. What a treat!
Top location!Walking everywhere!Right in the middle of the oldest part of ERICE.
Dario the manager friendly and helpful.
Extremely convenient that they have their own private parking close to center from where they give you a ride to apt.
Clean and beautiful apt.
Also you get coupons to use them for breakfast in two very nice places.
centrally located near all the sights, restaurants and shops. accommodations were great: comfortable, warm heater, comfortable bed, big shower with plenty of hot water.
Maurizio picked us up at the free parking area which can be a bit difficult to find and brings us to our apartment. coffee maker in the room made tasty coffee.
This was a last minute booking when my Airbnb fell though. I booked the room 10 mins before showing up at the hotel. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The room was ready instantly.
It was little more than I intended to pay, but well worth the money. Clean, comfortable, and a big room.
From check in w/woman who spoke little English but was great at getting her communication across to Anthony who took care of car, info, dinner reservation but just generally a great resource and ambassador for hotel, it was perfect! Definitely a terrific accommodation and food Terrific!
The hosts were so warm and welcoming, helping us find parking, helping us with our luggage, and gifting us bottles of wine and traditional local foods. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more comfortable stay in beautiful Erice.
Very friendly hosts. They welcomed us with a local dolci. They were very helpful with all our questions. Free parking in front of the apartment which is really rate in Erice. Great location with a view! Perfect. Everything was great
The amazing and spectacular landscape views were without doubt the best part of this Hotel, inside the room and while having breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. They kindly offered us free parking in a nearby church.
The owner was very responsive and helpful with getting there and around including parking which is not easy in Erice. The location is a couple of stairs from the center and the view from the breakfast terrace is unbelievable.
Very nice and helpful host, perfect location to visit this part of Sicily-Madera, Erice, Zingaro, Segesta.... Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice and oranges straight from the orange tree. Great olive oil
Excellent location and very good value, perfect for short stay. View from our room was truly amazing and so was the view from hotels restaurant. Nice and quiet with plenty of character, would use again.
The location is great, beautiful views, good breakfast.
Parking infront of the hotel was not available, but they have free extra parking 350 meters away, which was great
This was a great value stay!
